Founder Commitment
Building CloneWorks for Long-Term Enterprise Value
The founder is committed to building CloneWorks as a scalable technology company rather than pursuing a short-term exit strategy.
The founder currently leads the company's development, commercial strategy, capitalization, and operational direction while the corporate infrastructure is being formally established.
Entrepreneurial Experience
The founder previously founded Best Trade Secrets, which was ultimately exited through a private acquisition in 2015.
The founder subsequently founded Business Scalers, a subscription-based digital services business providing website subscriptions, blogging, retargeting marketing, website management, and social-media management.
Business Scalers operated with outside sales personnel in the United States and a distributed team in Panama before ultimately being exited through a private acquisition by a cable television company.
These businesses were founder-funded rather than built through significant institutional capital raises.

Preparing for Enterprise Scale

As CloneWorks reaches the appropriate level of commercial and operational scale, the company expects to evaluate recruiting an experienced enterprise-level CEO and executive team.
The objective is to bring in leadership with the operational experience, organizational capabilities, and enterprise relationships required to scale the company significantly.
Governance & Voting Protections
Founder governance and voting protections are being established as part of the company's formal corporate formation process.
The objective is to establish an appropriate governance structure that protects the company's founding vision while providing a framework capable of supporting future investors, directors, and executive leadership.
Capital & Strategic Commitment
The founder has personally invested substantial time, resources, and effort into developing the CloneWorks opportunity, including:

- Institutional operating processes
- Protected intellectual property
- Recurring customer revenue
- Enterprise infrastructure
- A durable corporate governance structure
The founder's role is expected to evolve as the company matures.
Build Enterprise Value
The founder's objective is to build CloneWorks into a significant enterprise technology company with durable intellectual property, recurring revenue, scalable infrastructure, and a leadership organization capable of operating at enterprise scale.
The current pre-seed financing is intended to establish the foundation for that next stage.
